Member Service Representative Full Job Description A Member Service Representative will perform a wide range of transactional duties to serve Members by receiving or paying out currency and negotiable items with high accuracy. An MSR provides a variety of Member services to include but not limited to, deposits and withdrawals for both share/savings and share draft/checking accounts, loan payment transactions, money orders, certificate of deposits as well as promoting additional products and services' Communication method(s) used: -Email -Phone -In person Work environment: Office Work Remotely: No Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00/hr Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Schedule: 8 hour shift with weekend availability
