POSITION SUMMARY (HYBRID) The AvantGarde, LLC (AG)Data Scientist (Human Capital Analytics & Workload Modeling) supports the U.S. Capitol Police client in designing and implementing a robust architecture for human capital (HC) data analytics. The contractor will play a pivotal role in developing and maturing interactive dashboard solutions, creating and analyzing the data surrounding workload models, and ingesting and analyzing large-scale human capital and workload datasets. The position requires proficiency in data architecture, analytics tools such as Tableau, and a strategic understanding of Federal human resources operations and workforce planning. This position will work as part of a team of other contract HC Consultants, Data Analysts and Federal employees. The Data Scientist will work part-time hours (up to 10-20 hours per week) and will be required to work onsite periodically at the USCP office on 499 South Capitol Street, SW, Washington, DC.
