Epicor Analyst / ERP Consultant

Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/SCM/CRM/BI Consultant to join our team on a Contract to permanent basis in Madison, WI. In this role, you will provide expert support and guidance to end users across multiple sites, ensuring seamless functionality and optimization of systems. Your ability to bridge technical concepts with business needs will be essential to drive effective communication and productive outcomes. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide comprehensive support for Epicor ERP systems, addressing the needs of approximately 500 end users across four locations. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business language. u2022 Develop and maintain custom reports using tools like Excel to facilitate data-driven decision-making. u2022 Assist in the configuration and management of ERP, SCM, CRM, and BI systems to meet organizational needs. u2022 Ensure smooth integration of API developments and support ongoing system enhancements. u2022 Create and update business requirement documents to align with project goals and user expectations. u2022 Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and user concerns. u2022 Utilize client-side scripting to customize and optimize system performance. u2022 Support system customization efforts, ensuring compliance with business objectives and technical standards. u2022 Contribute to the management of configuration processes to maintain system integrity and efficiency. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Epicor ERP systems in a detail-oriented environment. u2022 Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to a diverse user base across multiple sites. u2022 Strong proficiency in creating and managing business requirement documents. u2022 Experience with client-side scripting and API development to enhance system functionality. u2022 Familiarity with Salesforce development and CRM system optimization. u2022 Advanced skills in Excel for data reporting and analysis. u2022 Ability to effectively translate technical information into business-friendly language. u2022 Knowledge of configuration management and system customization best practices.
