Duties andResponsibilties of Job: United States - WI, MI, OH, PA Customer ServiceRepresentative Full-Time, Permanent, This position is remote and can belocated in any of the following States - NA Central Region: WI, MI, OH,PA Graymont is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensureexceptional customer experiences through effective coordination andcommunication. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the roleinvolves supporting customer relationships, processing ordersaccurately, maintaining records in Salesforce, coordinating withinternal teams, and collaborating with sales and plant operations toensure timely delivery. The CSR will also address customer concerns andcontribute to ongoing service improvements, demonstrating strongcustomer relationship skills and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Support & Service Operations Customer Engagement:Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring strong relationshipsand responsive support. Cross-Functional Communication: Coordinatebetween customers, sales, invoicing, plant operations, and logistics toensure smooth information flow. Issue Resolution: Handle inquiries andcomplaints promptly, identify recurring issues, and support continuousservice improvement. Customer Insights: Gather and share customerfeedback to enhance service and satisfaction. Operational Support: Helpmaintain SOPs, KPIs, and assist in training and supporting other teammembers. Order & Logistics Coordination Coordinate communication betweencustomers and internal teams (sales, invoicing, operations, logistics).Address inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating recurringissues for long-term resolution. Gather and relay customer feedback toimprove service quality and customer experience. Support maintenance ofSOPs, KPIs, and assist in onboarding or guiding other team members asneeded. Demand & Supply Planning Support Communicate customer and ordertrends to support accurate volume forecasting and business planning.Contribute to S&OP meetings, offering insights to improve demand andsupply alignment. Support contingency planning by identifying supplyalternatives during outages or plant disruptions. Sales Support &Collaboration Assist the commercial team as needed. Coordinatecustomer-specific projects. Maintain accurate customer master data.Qualifications: Education: Associate degree or diploma in Business,Logistics, or related field. Professional Experience: 3-5 years inCustomer Service, Sales Support, Logistics Coordination, or similarroles preferred. Technical Requirements: o Experience with ERP systems(JD Edwards, SAP, etc.) and TMS platforms preferred. o Familiarity withSalesforce or other CRM tools is a plus. o Exposure to businessintelligence tools like Cognos is advantageous. Travel Component:Ability to travel 5-10% within North America; must reside within areasonable distance from an airport.
