JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Purpose: The purpose of this position is, butis not limited to, performing processing activities in the CustomerOperations area which focuses on Customer Transactions and anized, detail oriented, fast learners with proven problem solvingskills will excel in this role. Primary responsibilities may includetransaction entry & verification, auditing, and client communications.Secondary responsibilities include special projects as assigned,training assistance, and general office duties. This is a seasonalremote part time non-exempt position working 20-25 hours per week withpreferred hours of Monday-Friday from 5:00pm-10:00pm CST. The seasonalperiod will run from October through approximately the end of March.Positional Responsibilities: Processing of current and new businessaccording to procedure including, but not limited to: Transaction entry& Verification Auditing Client Communication Processing within TASC'sstandards to ensure commitments to customers are met Basic understandingand knowledge of TASC's products, services, and processes Includes TASCoperating systems associated with this position Provide input, feedbackand improvement opportunities to process and product management Operatewithin TASC's guidelines pursuant to the Employee Handbook and allPolicies and Procedures Perform additional duties as requested bySupervisor and/or Management Positional Competencies: Ability to learnand use multiple systems simultaneously including Microsoft OfficeDecision making skills Strong communication skills Excel Skills Problemsolving and troubleshooting skills Moderate alphanumeric data entryspeed Strong attention to detail Skills in mathematics to calculate dataor solve practical problems Qualifications: Education or equivalency toa High School Diploma (preferred) Minimum of 1 year experience workingin professional office environment (preferred) Corporate CoreCompetencies: Drive Action and Results Take on new opportunities withenthusiasm Achieve results even in tough circumstances Take personalaccountability for decisions and actions Adapt to Change Operateeffectively when things are uncertain Proactively acquire and evaluateinformation and adapt approach to match shifting demands and situations.Rebound from setbacks Embrace Innovation Create new and better way toapproach challenges and develop solutions Learn through experimentationEncourage feedback and seek opportunities to work better/smarter/fasterShow personal commitment and take action to continuously improve CreateDiversity and Foster Collaboration Actively bring, seek, engage andhonor diverse perspectives Identify and address barriers to inclusion toensure equity and center belonging Work collaboratively and buildpartnerships to meet shared objectives TASC is an Affirmative Action andEqual Opportunity Employer.
