We are seeking a Director of Financial Planning &Analysis (FP&A) to lead our financial planning, forecasting, andstrategic analysis efforts. This senior leader will play a key role inshaping Findorff's financial future, with a strong focus on ESOPreporting, valuations, and compliance, cash forecasting, G&A expensemanagement, and subsidiary financial oversight. This is a high-impact,visible role that requires deep financial expertise, strategic thinking,and exceptional leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: ESOPLeadership: Build and manage financial forecasting processes forFindorff's ESOP, including valuations, compliance reporting,shareholder communications, and ERISA requirements. Cash Forecasting &Capital Strategy: Lead the development of cash forecasting tools andcapital management strategies to ensure financial sustainability andgrowth. Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee annual budgeting,forecasting, and long-term modeling, delivering actionable insights toexecutive leadership through KPI dashboards and performance reporting.G&A Oversight: Forecast and allocate general and administrative expenseseffectively, ensuring alignment with company priorities. SubsidiaryFinancial Management: Provide financial oversight for subsidiaries,driving consistency and operational efficiency. Strategic & OperationalSupport: Serve as a key thought partner to executive leadership,supporting mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments throughmodeling and valuation analysis.
