JOB REQUIREMENTS: SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an experiencedMEP Superintendent to review, provide analysis, management, andresolution of field coordination issues with project team members andparticipants. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you willinteract with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Yourability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with anelevated level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to yoursuccess. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide coordination, planning, andsupervision for MEP scopes of work Develop and enhance customerrelationships by providing excellent service Plan and implement toensure materials, equipment, and inspections support the projectschedule Review construction documents for completeness andconstructability Review and understand contract documents Coordinateplans and specifications with design engineers, resolving discrepanciesParticipate in the development and management of project schedules,including three and six-week look-ahead schedules Develop a sitelogistics plan Manage the utilization of Mortenson tools and equipmentCollaborate with project partner superintendents QUALIFICATIONSAssociate or bachelor's degree in construction, Civil, orArchitectural, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering or 10 yearstrade experience Minimum 8 years of construction experience with two ofthose years having supervisory experience, preferably with a Mechanicalor Electrical Contractor Ability to fulfill all responsibilities formultiple, complex data centerprojects Detail orientation sufficient toorganize and manage multiple project tasks Basic understanding ofconstruction law and generally accepted business practices MicrosoftOffice skills at an intermediate level Positive and professionalattitude, and strong customer service skills Ability to interpret andcommunicate Mortenson policies Active listening skills and effectivecommunication including openness to diverse input and feedback Knowledgeof Equal Employment Opportunity, inclusive behaviors, and AffirmativeAction plans and their intended use Current driver's license A fewbenefits offered include: (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+hours / week) Medical and prescription drug plans that includes noadditional cost vision coverage Dental plan 401k retirement plan with agenerous Mortenson match Paid time off, holidays, and other paid leavesEmployer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insurance No-Cost mental healthtool and conciergewith extensive work-life resources Tuitionreimbursement Adoption Assistance Gym Membership Discount Program Thebase pay range for this role is $108,600 MIN - $162,900 MAX.
