The Chief of Staff, DigitalTechnology, serves as a strategic and operational partner to seniortechnology leadership, driving execution of our technology, digital anddata strategies across the health insurance enterprise. This role willreport directly to the Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO).This role ensures alignment between business objectives, regulatoryrequirements, and the evolving needs of providers and members. Acting asthe connective tissue across executive leadership and cross-functionalteams, you will champion digital innovation, foster collaboration, andenhance operational efficiency. In this position, you'll play a pivotalrole in guiding our digital roadmap while building a culture ofaccountability and results in support of our mission to deliverhigh-quality, member-centric care. Oversee the Digital Technology Office'soperations, including staffing, budgeting, vendor management, andprogram governance. Lead cross-functional digital technology projects(e.g., product launches, claims system integrations, provider portalenhancements) ensuring regulatory compliance (CMS, HIPAA, NCQA). Developexecutive communication strategies, board-level materials, andtechnology roadmaps for key stakeholders.
