The primary focus of thisposition is an anesthesiologist with expertise in chronic pain patientcare. Candidates for this position will primarily treat chronic painpatients 100% of time; or may be considered to split their clinicalresponsibilities to between the chronic pain area and providing clinicalanesthesia care. Clinical and didactic teaching in pain management willbe required. If appointed on the CHS track, duties will also includeeducation and research components. The successful candidate will teachmedical students, residents, and fellows. The successful applicant willparticipate in administrative and committee work to support the clinicaland scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine andPublic Health. An essential part of these duties will be working in acollegial relationship with other faculty members. This position is fullor part time, 80%-100% This position may require some work to beperformed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.
