Store Customer Service Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position is essential to the success of ourretail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesaleand retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questionsabout Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve anycustomer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stayup-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality andvisual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialistsare tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistentlymeeting the store's sales goals. Job duties involve contact withcustomers, which may include minors; and access to cash and otherpayment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, storemerchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervisedor unsupervised. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellentsales service Assist customers in person and over the phone bydetermining needs and presenting appropriate products and services Buildproductive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customersProcess sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies andprocedures Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, andyearly basis Maintain precise work order files and formulas Pullappropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse Tint and mixproducts, as needed, to customer specifications Stock shelves and set updisplays Clean store equipment Load/unload delivery trucks Assist inmaking deliveries, as needed Maintain in-stock and presentable conditionassigned areas Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discussavailable options Comply with inventory control procedures Suggest waysto improve sales Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18)years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country ofemployment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa statusnow or in the future Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's LicenseMust be...
