JOB REQUIREMENTS: SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an experiencedScheduler II with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at alllevels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful,proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism andconfidentiality. The Senior Scheduling Engineer will provide oversightof all planning and scheduling activities. RESPONSIBILITIES Work withsite teams and trade partners to develop project schedules using CPMscheduling programs Support supervision by monitoring and updatingproject schedules Assist site management in formulating mitigation plansfor scheduling problems Assist with proposals and pursuit schedules asneeded Build relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds andorganizational levels Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, orequivalent field Minimum of two years construction experience orequivalent combination of training and experience Experience as aproject engineer is desirable Basic knowledge of scheduling concepts,principles, practices, and company software Basic knowledge of standardconstruction practices, project sequencing, project management,contracts, and buyout Ability to exercise creativity and mature judgmentin solving problems Basic plan and specification reading, review, andinterpretation skills Ability to work in a cross-functional,collaborative, team-based environment Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills with initiative to seek innovative solutionsResults-oriented to ensure delivery of accurate, complete, and timelyproducts and services Active listening skills and effectivecommunication, open to diverse input and feedback Ability to travel maybe required based on operating group A few benefits offered include:(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week) Medical andprescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverageDental plan 401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson match Paidtime off, holidays, and other paid leaves Employer paid Life, AD&D, anddisability insurance No-Cost mental health tool and concierge withextensive work-life resources Tuition reimbursement Adoption AssistanceGym Membership Discount Program The base pay range for this role is$87,200 MIN - $117,700 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the followingoffice locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, andPortland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positionedwithin the range based on several factors including an individual'sknowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internalequity.
