A Circuit Board Manufacturing Company in West Chicago, IL is seeking IMAGE OPERATORS to join their team!! EVALUATION TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY 1ST SHIFT, 2ND SHIFT, AND 3RD SHIFT POSITIONS AVAILABLE Pay Rate: $17.00 to $19.25 Work Hours: 1st Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm 3rd Shift: Monday to Friday 10:00pm to 6:30am SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS Actively involved in all duties for procedures related to laminate, expose or develop an image onto circuit boards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Follow rout sheets Follow all posted procedures. Has responsibility for operation of laminating machines, exposing units and developers Able to apply photo imageable resist to a copper panel, expose dry film primary image or LPO coated image. Able to work on inkjet machine. Create photo tools for the printing of circuit boards. Copying and developing films to be used. Hand Lay-up artwork into multi-layer array panel before exposing film. Verifying films for accuracy. QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma is required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Standing for long periods of time is required. No heavy lifting is expected. Exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines.
