Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflightThis role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.As part of a hardworking team of technicians, you will perform multiple NDT methods for various spaceflight systems. You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of assuring part integrity, quality and life span. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.Responsibilities:Establish and maintain techniques to properly examine hardware, ensuring adherence to all safety and specification requirementsPerform inspections using Digital Radiographic Test (DRT) and Penetrant Test (PT)Interpret inspection results and apply acceptance criteria identified on drawing or shop work order.Perform all necessary daily, weekly, monthly process control checksDocumentation and organization of inspection terface/communicate with Engineers and/or Managers to describe inspection results.Qualifications:Level 2 experience in radiography (DR or film) .Experience with isotope work.High School Diploma or GEDAbility to support Monday - Thursday, 1st Shift with occasional overtimeDesired:Computed Tomography (CT)Dye penetrant (PT)Experience in low rate high mix production environment, preferably in aerospaceKnowledge of manufacturing processes including welding, additive manufacturing, forging, casting and composites fabricationCompensation Range for:WA applicants is $31.20-$43.68Other site ranges may differCulture StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
