If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Financial Crimes Analytics for our Consulting practice.Responsibilities:Leada team of quantitative analysts in developing and implementing advancedanalytical models to detect and prevent financial crimesOverseepart of consulting engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality,data-driven insights to clientsCollaboratewith cross-functional teams to design, and execute strategies that addressfinancial crime risksProvidethought leadership and subject matter expertise in financial crimes andquantitative analysis; develop and maintain strong relationships with clients,understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions; ensure compliance withregulatory requirements and industry best practicesMentorand develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning andprofessional growthQualifications:Minimumfive years of recent experience in financial crimes quantitative analytics;minimum two years of recent experience in leadershipBachelor'sdegree from an accredited college/university in economics, statistics, or arelated field; advanced degree from an accredited college/university ispreferredExperiencein consulting or client-facing roles is highly desirableStrongproficiency in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling techniques;extensive working knowledge of Python and R; as well as similar analyticaltoolsProvenability to manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-pacedenvironment; knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standardsrelated to financial crimesExcellentcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complexconcepts to non-technical stakeholdersTravelas required, up to fifty-percentMust be authorized to work in theU.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in thefuture.
