Job DescriptionThe Architecture Compute, and Engineering organization provides a transformative platform ecosystem with a comprehensive set of capabilities that empowers end users and digital product teams to innovate seamlessly and drive growth for Allstate through the Consumer Connected Cloud mission. As a Digital Product Manager in the ACE organization, youu0027ll be contributing towards defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of one or more products ensuring they meet the needs of the customers and align with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and business acumen. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers with strong technical and communication skills, capable of driving product success in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities (All Levels)Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital observability and monitoring products, ensuring alignment with engineering and operational goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements focused on end-to-end observability practices covering log analytics, metrics, traces for application, infra, database and network monitoring.Drive adoption and continuous improvement of observability and event notification platforms to enhance system reliability and performance insights.Analyze user feedback and telemetry data to prioritize features that improve troubleshooting workflows and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR).Stay current with industry trends in observability, SRE practices, and monitoring technologies to inform product innovation and differentiation.Qualifications (All Levels) u2022 Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling u2022 Technical Skills: Understanding of development processes, human centered design, UX/UI design, and digital marketing u2022 Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform product decisions. u2022 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. u2022 Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. u2022 Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions. u2022 Experience in networking, identity management solutions, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions preferred. u2022 Product experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service preferred. Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications (Sr. Cons II) u2022 Operates as a product manager with minimal guidance; can act as a practitioner in low complexity products u2022 Conducts appropriate product ceremonies u2022 Influences product direction, backlog, & roadmap u2022 3+ years of product management experience. Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications (Lead) u2022 Operates and drive the product strategy & roadmap independently u2022 Demonstrates refined & more advanced product management skills u2022 Influences across product management peers within the product family, as well as across the product managing engineer & platform consultant u2022 5+ years of product management experience Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications (Expert) u2022 Will lead a product of significant scope & complexity u2022 Influences across product management peers across the ACE organization, as well as influencing the engineering & architecture trades as well u2022 Drives optimization of product ceremonies for maximum efficiency of the product team u2022 Operates as a u2018coach' within our organization partnering & mentoring early-in-trade product management peers across the ACE and broader technology organization; a known expert in the organization u2022 7+ years of product management experience.
