The primary duties include washing by hand and operating mechanical high temperature washer to cleanse and sanitize all dishes from kitchen and bakery production departments, disposal of all kitchen trash, putting loads away in an organized manner while maintaining FIFO (first in first out), and help prep dishes made in the kitchen.You should meet the following requirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have proficient knowledge and use of commercial kitchen equipmentMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of English languageBilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not requiredExcellent time management skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeA positive attitude is essential!Our hiring team will reach out via text or email once we’ve reviewed your application.
