This is includes all weekly race series and other Bretton Woods sanctioned races throughout the ski season.Perform administrative duties of race events including registration, start lists, and preparing race results.Maintain race course wiring and timing equipment.Responsible for timing during race events.Work closely with Chief of Course during official race events. Perform daily set up and maintenance of race facilitiesEvent venue construction, maintenance, and event supportMaintain positive attitude at all times including stressful situations with athletes and/or parentsAssist Bretton Woods Ski Team with race coaching as needed.Travel to other ski areas if additional supervision is needed for members of the Bretton Woods Race Team.Previous experience as a race coach preferred.Ability to safely operate a snowmobile.Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Must be able to ski/ride while carrying equipmentMust be able to ski varied terrainMust be able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environmentBasic hand tool and computer knowledgeSubject to long periods of walking and standing.Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.Tools and Equipment:Hand tools including drillsAll winter sports equipment.Working Environment:Bretton Woods Base LodgeOutdoors on snow or in Race buildingsOmni Hotels & Resorts is an Equal Opportunity Employer
