US-Ohio-BurtonWe are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support our corporate functions leadership and teams across finance, product, procurement, commercial and more. You will be a trusted business partner to drive key HR initiatives and strategies across our functional leaders and employees. In this role, you’ll lead HR strategy and execution, driving employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness to support our growth and success.Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to leaders and managers on employee relations, performance, and developmentPartner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiativesManage HR operations including payroll approval, HRIS data integrity, and benefits administration for all corporate functionsOversee employee engagement programs and recognition events to foster a positive workplace culture for remote and onsite employeesCollaborate with Environmental Health & Safety on workers’ compensation and OSHA complianceEnsure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal/state employment lawsRepresent HR during internal and external ISO auditsChampion continuous improvement across all leaders and key business partnersBachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related degree, desired. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.7+ years of progressive HR Management experience, ideally emphasized on supporting a variety of functional expertise across an organization3+ years in a manager or business partner role, apt with effective cross functional and direct leadership skills preferredProfessional certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferredStrong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and analytical mindsetExcellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skillsWillingness to travel up to 30% as neededHEXPOL Compounding Americas (HCA) is an essential early contributor to the global value chain responsible for the safety, quality, and performance of rubber compounding products and components used by original equipment manufacturers across a range of industries.
