AS640 - Full-Time Property Manager - Concord, MA

A lovely down-to earth family based in Concord, MA, just outside of Boston, is seeking a fantastic full-time property manager to oversee their three homes, all located within Massachusetts. The family is seeking 40 regularly scheduled hours- they are flexible on the schedule that works best for the ideal candidate and it will generally be Monday-Friday, though they are seeking someone who has availability for emergency or on-call needs outside of regularly scheduled hours.Ensure that all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are functioning properly and coordinate repairs as necessaryManage contractors and service providers, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standardsMaintain an inventory of household supplies and manage procurementOverseeing renovations and home projectsRespond to emergencies and unexpected situations with calm and effective solutionsOccasional travel to Cape Cod to open/close the home seasonally, and work collaboratively with the existing manager of that propertyApprove and process invoices, ensuring timely payment of vendors and contractors, in conjunction with a family officeTeam player- working with existing staff to help the home run smoothlyStrong knowledge of property maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairsExcellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProactive and detail-oriented- able to work independently and think ahead to potential issuesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalValid driver’s license and clean driving recordUS work authorizationPossess a strong background in property management/ maintenanceLocal to the Concord area- the family is not interested in relocation at this timeLooking for a long-term fit with potential for growth into a full-time role$100-115k annually, DOEFull benefits including health insurancePTO
