With modern amenities, an elevated club level, and twelve luxury box suites, Hilliard Center offers the perfect setting for unforgettable live experiences — from large-scale productions to intimate gatherings.Responsible forassistingwith product receiving and distribution control for the venue.Receive products and merchandise, checking for quality and damages to items, and the proper storage of the delivered products and merchandisePerform transfers ofproducts and/or merchandise to and from the warehouse.Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.Perform physical inventory as needed.Process requests for supplies, prepares merchandise for delivery, and prepares packages for shipping according to established procedures.Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.Fulfills all event expectations including but not limited to requisitioning during events, post-eventbreakdown, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance.Oversee and ensure thatappropriate stockinglevels are met for each event; rotate andmaintainintegrity of product.Performsroutine maintenanceand cleaning ofconcession and utility equipment,portable equipment, burden carriers, carts, floors, refrigeration, and lighting. Ensure manifested equipment is in location.Ensure security of company assets.Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear,professionaland courteous manner which fosters a positive,enthusiasticand cooperative work environment.Ability to speak, read and write in English is preferredAbility to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.PossessvalidFood Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required by local government.Possess thorough working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirementsAbility to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to product inventory.High School diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2 years foodservice/hospitality experience; similar venue experience a plus.Physical Dimensions:Performing the duties of this position involves extensive and continuous standing and walking.Routine activities require the employee to be able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.The employee isfrequentlyrequired tolift upto 50 pounds.The vision requirements include the ability to adjust focus, peripheralvisionand close vision.Working Conditions & HazardsExposed to weather and non-weather relatedcold temperaturesIn areas with low levels of CO exposureWet and slippery floorsExtreme hot surfacesPinch points and tight working spaces throughout buildingExposed to high noise levelsAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
