Marketing Account Manager will be responsivle for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functioning internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.Complete sales related marketing projects that includes running proposals and reportsProviding assistance to sales representatives and the broker communityProviding enrollment support to brokers and clientsOperate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer brokers and clientsAssisting in the servicing of current brokers and clients day to day needsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesCommunicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external brokers, agents and clientsForecast and track key account metricsIdentify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainmentAssist with high severity requests or issue escalations as neededKnowledge of marketing principalsAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlines and attention to detailExcelent analytical skillsOrganizational skillsInterpersonal skillsNumerical skillsVerbal communication skillsEffective presentation skillsAbility to learn and navigate the companies computer systemsDemonstrate ability to solve problems and suggest appropriate solutionsHighly self-motivated
