Inventory Control Analyst

The Pictsweet Company is growing! We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to join our Logistics team at our corporate office in Bells, TN. The Inventory Control Analyst provides support to the production scheduling team through the analysis of detailed production planning and maintaining support files.BenefitsBenefits begin on first day of employment for Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, & FSA100% Company paid benefits include Group Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, & Long-Term Disability Insurance401k with Employer MatchVacation days, sick leave, & ten paid holidaysIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data set of inventory holdings.Work on process improvement for our transfer of inventory.Analyze forecast requirements, inventory shortages, and other data variables to determine inventory transfer needs for finished goods.Help direct the allocation of materials, supplies, and products between multiple warehouses.Prepare and facilitate weekly urgent inventory status meetings.Ensure aged inventory is used promptly by analyzing age reports and intervening to get product shipped.Track, analyze, and report shipment data versus forecasts to better understand forecast errors and trends.Theorize and build complex data comparisons that help to improve decision making.Work in a team setting to determine the best solutions to logistical problems.Four year college degree in a business related field.Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skillsExcellent aptitude for numbers.Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
