Join OPI Houston (FKA Fulshear) as anOn Call Direct Support Mentorand enjoy the flexibility of an on call schedule while making a meaningful impact.As anOn Call Direct Support Mentor, you’ll work with clients ages 18 - 28. You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to mental health and well being. This role is ideal for those who value flexibility while maintaining a strong commitment to professional and personal boundaries.At OPI Houston, we empower young adults to heal and build confidence through evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, equine-assisted therapy, and trauma-focused modalities. By creating a safe, supportive environment, we guide young adults to become strong, self-sufficient individuals with a positive influence on their own lives and the lives of others.Client Support:Build meaningful relationships while maintaining professional boundaries and assisting with daily activities.Safety and Security:Ensure clients are safe and premises are secure during overnight hours.Crisis Management:Use de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe, calm environment.Attachment-Based Care:Foster attuned relationships with empathy and provide constructive feedback.Campus Upkeep:Support a clean, welcoming space by assisting with chores and maintenance.Documentation:Keep thorough, accurate records of client interactions and interventions.Professionalism & Compliance:Uphold company values, follow policies, and manage time effectively.Age:21 years of age or olderEducation: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required.
