Lead Fleet Mechanic

Lead Fleet Mechanic Valicor Environmental Services is looking for a, Lead Fleet Mechanic, Job Duties Oil changes, tire repairs and preventative maintenance on all fleet equipment Diagnose breakdowns and conduct repairs Maintain accurate and complete preventative maintenance records and work orders Assist and train other mechanics Inventory and source parts and shop supplies Communicate with Dispatch and Fleet Manager regarding fleet maintenance and repair status Keep the shop area and surrounding area clean Follow all plant safety policies and procedures, Basic Requirements Required to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to safely climb ladders Must be able to lift 50+pounds Pre-employment background and drug screen required High School Diploma or EquivalentBenefits Competitive pay rates Guaranteed 40 hours per week Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off Medical/Dental/Vision plans Employee Referral Incentives Annual bonus program Disability ,Life Insurance Matching 401(k)Successful candidates must pass the Pre-Screening including a criminal background check, drug screen, and MVR check (if applicable for the position).
