As a full-time Verizon RetailSales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career with ateam focused on unlocking your full potential and sales success withinone of our retail stores. Learn and uncovercustomers' needs by creating connections and asking the rightquestions. Position product insights and solution recommendations toprovide customers with a complete top-down sales solution. Close salesby using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs withsimple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourselfthrough ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions acrossmerchandising and inventory. Potential to grow your customer base byplacing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizoncustomers who are interested in our products and services. Opportunitiesto engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyalcustomer base, including at off-site Verizon sponsored events. We'rehiring immediately This isn't your typical entry-level retailposition. Whether you're just starting out or have years of salesexperience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plusup to $16,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit allyour sales goals. Planning to go above and beyond? With our commissionprogram, the opportunities are unlimited for employees who exceed theirsales goals. Top performers could make an extra $14,500 or more inindividual-based commissions, giving you the chance to earn a total of$65,000+ to $73,500+ annually.
