Position Summary:The HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in the administration, support, and optimization of HRIS across the designated region. This position serves as a subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now and contributes to systems implementation, reporting, data integrity, and integration with third-party systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.Key Responsibilities:Administer and maintain the HRIS, including user access, reporting, and configurationServe as a primary contact for ADP Workforce Now and ancillary HR-related systems, supporting integrations and vendor relationshipsGenerate and support custom HRIS reports for HR and other business unitsMonitor and troubleshoot HR business processes to ensure timely and accurate completionOversee HRIS data imports and ensure consistency and integrity of dataCollaborate with HR and Finance teams on quarterly access audits and internal control testingSupport general ledger data management in coordination with the Accounting teamStandardize and maintain system codes such as pay/deduction codes, job titles, and workers’ compensation codesParticipate in the implementation of new system modules or entity integrationsWork closely with entity HR teams to ensure data accuracy and adherence to best practicesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 2 years of HRIS or related experienceProficiency orProfessional certification(s) in ADP Workforce Now (Certified Payroll Specialist, Certified Human Resources Specialist, Certified Time & Attendance Specialist, and/or Certified Benefits Specialist), preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of other MS Office toolsExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with a willingness to learn and growExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong commitment to customer service and team collaborationAbility to work cross-functionally with HR, payroll, and benefitsExperience with SQL and/or Python for system integration and custom reporting, preferredExperience configuring data visualization and setup within iCIMS ATS, preferredLocation: This position is primarily on-site at our headquarters located at: 9780 Pyramid Court, Englewood, CO 80112Regular in-person attendance is required Monday through ThursdayFriday is an optional remote workdayPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerAbility to lift up to 15 pounds occasionallyMust be able to move between departments within the company facilityWhy Join Us?Kodiak’s culture is defined by entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration, and family values—every team member is empowered to thrive and grow.USD $73,000.00/Yr.USD $90,000.00/Yr.
