Pay Rate:$60,000 - $65,000 per yearEmpower Families. Lead with Compassion.The Worcester Family Resource Center (FRC) is a community-based hub offering critical supports to families navigating complex challenges. The FRC connects caregivers to the tools, services, and advocacy they need to thrive.As a Clinician, you will play a pivotal role in assessing family needs, developing strength-based plans, and guiding trauma-informed interventions.
