The Sales Operations Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.Internship Projects andResponsibilitiesMasterfile/FSOR AdministrationAssist with Masterfile updates to ensure project schedules, milestones, and timelines remain currentSupport Project Managers with dealer follow-ups, ensuring open items are addressed and recordedHelp track project changes, status updates, and escalation points in alignment with Project Management processesMaintain data integrity across project systems and ensure consistency in reportingProvide administrative support for project closeouts, documentation, and handoffsSmartsheet/Process IntegrationsAssist with the design and rollout of Smartsheet tools, including the CAD Queue, Automation Tracker, and Credit Log migrationSupport integrations of Tech Support Ticketing and project tracking into Smartsheet for improved visibility and communicationDocument and streamline workflows such as Internal Kickoff, Closeout, and TS Notification processesContribute to process alignment efforts, including Warranty/Remake guidelines and FSOR to MF transitionsCollaborate with Project Managers, CAD, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Smartsheet-based solutionsWhatSpring’sBest ExperienceMeans for YouSprings Window Fashions offers incredible opportunities to develop the skills you’ll need to be successful in a fast-paced consumer products company.
