This Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.Internship Projects andResponsibilitiesEnhancing Vertical Sales and Marketing - activities to include:Research and create vertical-specific content such as case studies, sales decks, and marketing collateralTrack ROI for vertical marketing efforts, measuring effectiveness of campaignsCollaborate with sales and marketing leadership to identify priority accountsSupport development of storytelling materialsPaid Ad Audience TargetingAudit current paid media audiences across platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Display)Identify outdated or low-performing audience segments and propose refreshed targeting strategiesResearch emerging digital targeting options (account-based marketing, vertical-specific targeting, lookalike audiences)Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recommendations and test plans for 2026 campaignsAsset ManagementConduct an audit of existing SWFContract and Mecho resource librariesRemove outdated or redundant resources and refresh content with updated branding and positioningIdentify gaps in materials across products, verticals, and channelsPropose an updated asset management structure to improve accessibility and ease-of-use for sales and dealersProduct Launch StrategySupport upcoming NPD product launches through creation of marketing content, dealer training assets, and ad campaign supportAssist with development of launch plans that include timelines, key deliverables, and cross-functional alignmentTrack and report on engagement metrics from product launch campaignsHelp draft internal and external messaging to ensure consistency across Mecho and SWFContract BrandsWhatSpring’sBest ExperienceMeans for YouSprings Window Fashions offers incredible opportunities to develop the skills you’ll need to be successful in a fast-paced consumer products company.
