This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, data management, and compliance, ideal for students in their 3rdor 4thyear pursuing a career in Human Resources.Key ResponsibilitiesCreating data governance and data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS informationAssist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS systemHelp generate reports and dashboards from HRIS for internal stakeholdersRespond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and HRIS-related issuesDocument HR processes and contribute to process improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with data privacy and HR regulationsQualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldFamiliarity with HRIS platforms (ADP) is a plusStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis toolsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityEagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative HR teamWhatSpring’sBest ExperienceMeans for YouSprings Window Fashions offers incredible opportunities to develop the skills you’ll need to be successful in a fast-paced consumer products company.
