We connect people with products throughout the world.Overall Responsibilities: Journal Entry, data entry, monthly closingReceive and process AP Invoices from the branches.Communicate with branches on all accounting related issuesPrepare Monthly Payment list for Sompo Insurance Prepare Use Tax list - Due 15th of each monthSpecifications of Duties: Research AP Negative Schedule maintenance for Chicago Ocean Branch 34.Separate general expenses bill and circle T bill when received it from branch.Prepare Monthly Sompo Insurance payment report for br. 47, and other branch if needed - due 15th of each monthPrepare Monthly Use Tax Report - due 15th of each monthAssist with AP as neededPrepare Monthly Manual ScheduleIncluding other tasks assigned.Note: Your specific job duties are not limited to the above.
