You’ll create personalized treatment plans and provide individual, group, and family therapy using relational, systemic andexperiential modalities. Every day, you'll help teens process their emotions, strengthen relationships, and build effective coping strategies -- all while having the unique opportunity to partner with over 40 Golden Retrievers in our canine therapy program, enriching your therapeutic approach.Join our mission-driven team surrounded by the scenic beauty of Lake Ozark, and embrace a meaningful opportunity to make an impact in the lives of young people and their families.Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy: Conduct therapy sessions that integrate trauma-informed care and systemic approaches to create meaningful change in families.Personalized Caseloads: Manage a focused caseload of 6-8 clients, providing high-quality, individualized care with a commitment to family programming and parent coaching.Collaborate in Integrated Care: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of therapists, medical providers, and nurses to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in a holistic, integrated environment.Timely Documentation: Complete accurate and thorough clinical documentation within required timeframes, ensuring compliance and continuity of care for clients.Utilize Specialized Therapy Modalities: Leverage Adventure Therapy (camping, hiking, rappelling), Animal-Assisted Therapy, and experiential approaches to enhance student growth and healing.Cultural Competency and Adolescent Development: Apply developmentally appropriate and culturally competent care, addressing the unique psychological needs of adolescents and teens.Focus on Professional Growth: Attend leading industry conferences and gain access to continuing education opportunities, training in modalities like brainspotting, theraplay, and attachment-focused interventions.Embrace a Growth-Oriented Work Culture: Thrive in a flexible, empathetic, and results-driven environment focused on adaptability, trust, and meaningful change for teens and families.Fully licensed: LPC(Licensed Professional Counselor),LMFT(Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) &LCSW(Licensed Clinical Social Worker.)Provisional Licenses: PLPC (Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor), PLMFT (Provisional Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) & LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker).
