Accounts Payable Clerk

Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk with Oracle. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy in financial processes. The ideal candidate will excel in managing invoice processing, coding, and payment operations efficiently. Responsibilities: u2022 Process and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. u2022 Perform coding of invoices and maintain proper documentation for records. u2022 Conduct regular check runs and ensure timely payment to vendors. u2022 Manage invoice processing workflows using Oracle Fusion software. u2022 Utilize intermediate-level Microsoft Excel to analyze and reconcile financial data. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth operations. u2022 Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures. u2022 Monitor accounts payable aging reports and address outstanding balances. u2022 Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts payable. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role. u2022 Proficiency in Oracle Fusion for accounts payable tasks. u2022 Strong understanding of coding invoices and invoice processing. u2022 Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis. u2022 Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. u2022 Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. u2022 Strong communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and team members.
