The Claris product management team is looking for a Senior Product Manager with a passion for delivering delightful experiences and independently drive projects towards completion. The person in this role, will help to drive strategy, roadmap and direction setting for our development platform that allows the creation of customized applications to solve any business problem, faster and more efficiently. It is a great opportunity to work on critical strategy initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced team Description Product Managers in our organization sit at the intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty. On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, create a launch plan with marketing, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, conceptualize a new feature, analyze usage data, and/or contribute to the overall company strategy. We have ultimate responsibility for understanding our client needs, influencing business strategy, prioritize product features, and collaborating with engineering to develop our products.Key Responsibilitiesu2022 Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Claris' development tools.u2022 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.u2022 Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.u2022 Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the engineering team.u2022 Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.u2022 Advocate for the needs and preferences of our users, ensuring that our products are intuitive, powerful, and delightful to use.u2022 Monitor key product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate on the product to achieve business goals. Minimum Qualifications + 8+ years of experience in driving the development of products, with a strong focus on rapid application development platforms and related technologies + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field + Experience writing evaluations for LLM models to ensure AI workflow performance + Experience creating externally facing/revenue generating products that involve AI workflows with associated model metrics + 5+ years managing a backlog in JIRA in Scrum specifically as a product manager. + 2+ years of 0-1 external product launches with Scrum SDLC with proven revenue target attainment. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications + MBA or advanced degree is a plus as is a technical background + Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex software products. + Proven ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas through written and/or verbal communication to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Proven experience in leading design, feature breakdown and projects/products from inception to shipped software + Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle. + Ability to conceptualize and drive complex projects with competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and quick timelines + Strong experience with shipping software incrementally following agile practices, with Scrum being preferred + In-depth knowledge of the FileMaker platform and its ecosystem Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $203,300 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
