Executive Production Manager

A reputed tool manufacturing company is looking for a senior level Manager to oversee a large manufacturing operation. Prior experience in a similar capacity is a must, including liaison with manufacturing facilities in China. This is an Executive level position and the selected candidate will be a part of the core leadership team that will decide the policies and the future direction of the organization. The right candidate will also be responsible for safe, efficient and profitable operation of the manufacturing facility. Provide direction, guidance and support to other highly skilled and motivated subordinate managers in their daily operations. Ensures compliance with production schedules and other specified guidelines. Monitors Plant operations to identify trends and opportunities to increase efficiencies. Develops and implements procedures to increase efficiencies. Oversee remotely and onsite manufacturing units based in China. Should be forward thinking to conceptualize development and implementation of new products. Job Requirements ✅ Commute - Must reside within a reasonable distance, ensuring a commute time of 60 minutes or less.✅ References - Candidates must provide two verifiable supervisor references from previous positions.✅ Work History - A stable employment record with consistent work experience in related roles is required. Create and execute additional lean manufacturing strategies to increase manufacturing flexibility Advance manufacturing technologies including the development of advanced manufacturing technology road maps in collaboration with business area manufacturing leaders Assist with international manufacturing projects Insure the total manufacturing objectives Ensure manufacturing supports strategy implementation Report on the performance of manufacturing operations Initiate continuous improvement and lean manufacturing culture Meet all manufacturing budgets and goals Oversee the operations of manufacturing facilities overseas Track key manufacturing and support activities Approve manufacturing operations for fiscal year budgets
