We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Pick and Pack Associate who is fluent in Chinese and English to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. This role is essential to ensuring that our orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for delivery while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to provided guidelines. Ensure items are properly labeled, packaged, and stored. Communicate effectively with team members in both Chinese and English. Perform quality control checks to ensure orders meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist with inventory management, including counting and stocking items. Follow company safety and operational policies. Qualifications: Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required. Previous experience in a warehouse or pick-and-pack role is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
