Come and experienceyour futureSeeking candidates to fill the position of F-35Support Equipment (SE) Field SupportRepresentative (FSR) directly supporting theUS Marine Corps, at MCAS Yuma, Arizona.The SE FSR provides technical guidance andlogistics support for a broad range of F-35Ground Support Equipment (GSE). Supportsthe organizational (unit) level tenant squadrontechnicians, military personnel and GSEmechanics (where applicable). Advises internaland external customers on installation,adaptation, configuration or enhancement ofcompany technical products, programs andsystems. Provides expertise for resolvingtechnical problems and troubleshootingproducts to customer satisfaction. Providessupport equipment familiarization to customerson full spectrum of F-35 SE product line. Workwill be done at customer site and/orgovernment bases. Uses engineering data to determine correct equipment configuration andto identify or help define design deficienciesthat limit equipment utility in the customer’senvironment. Consults with GSE equipmentmanagers, engineers, reliability engineeringand suppliers to resolve customer equipmentissues involving safety, usability, reliability andavailability. Collects, archives and submits GSEreadiness status. Identifies reliability andmaintainability issues that affect readinesstrends.Job may require flexible work schedule toprovide coverage for on-site customerrequirements, to include possibility of weekendwork requirements.Successful candidate will serve with another SEFSR at MCAS Yuma, Arizona,focused on the support and sustainment ofF-35 Program SE in use at this location.Candidates be advised: this positionoperates in direct support of a deployable F-35fighter squadron.
