As the Head of Business Development, Deal & Transaction Services within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in a location within PNC's footprint. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. This role is a critical member of the team leading a journey to support and sustain PNCu2019s strategic growth. You will be responsible for leading the distribution strategy for the bank's Escrow, Paying Agent, and Shareholder Representative services. You will define the sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and lead business development efforts directly impacting PNCu2019s market positioning for diversifying distribution. The role focuses on serving clients involved in complex transactions like mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, private equity, capital markets transactions, employee compensation, and litigation. With an experienced team, we source new opportunities from both external partner relationships and through existing PNC clients. Our services provide protection, transparency, and simplicity for all parties in a transaction. Other primary responsibilities include the following: u2022Expanding use cases and diversifying distribution channels and sources u2022Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals and creating a standardized sales process. u2022Business development, including prospecting and engaging with key decision-makers, encouraging distribution and use of products across various lines of businesses. u2022Client relationship management is crucial, focusing on expanding market share with law firms, deal parties, private equity firms, family office and venture capital firms. u2022Lead a diverse team and deliver exceptional value to our customers. u2022Market Mapping & Outreach: Identify, segment, and prioritize target partners and client profiles. Develop tailored engagement strategies by channel and firm type. u2022Define and manage KPIs to better anticipate and forecast growth. Communicates with senior leadership regarding risk/return. + Manages effective network of senior internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience. Leads the team to bring the full range of PNC's products and services to the client. Coaches team members and leaders in developing their network. Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and coach team to successfully convert sales opportunities. + Develops team member development while monitoring progress against goals. Effectively plans, organizes, directs, analyzes and evaluates staff and processes. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
