Join our team We are looking forour next General Manager If you are ready to rise like one of ourbagels and grow your career, then becoming a District Shift Leader isfor you. District Shift Leaders participate in a targeted GeneralManager development plan to learn how to be a bagel boss. Once thedevelopment plan is complete, you will be next in line to take ownershipof a bakery as a General Manager when a position is available What's aday in the life of a District Shift Leader? District Shift Leadersperform management duties at a home location and are expected to supportother bakeries in the market as needed. Traveling provides theopportunity to gain further independence and learn from additionalleaders in the area. District Shift Leaders are the next General Managerin the organization and lead to that standard in the absence of theGeneral Manager. Shifts begin as early as 3am for the first bake andstore opening duties. You will lead by example, be a brand ambassador,and provide ongoing coaching and training for the teams. Our bakeriesare busy, and you will jump into different roles every shift to ensurehigh-quality food and beverages for our guests and keep a safe, cleanstore environment. The GM development plan will include training inrestaurant administrative duties such as inventory tracking, vendororders, and cash management. You will learn valuable skills as you growinto a GM role such as P&L analysis, how to achieve food cost and labortargets, scheduling, and recruiting quality team members.
