We're delighted you're consideringjoining us We are actively growing our SBA Lending team and looking forexperienced sales professionals to help grow the SBA division across ournationwide footprint.Currently looking for talent in any of thefollowing markets: Pacific Northwest; Southern California; Arizona;Florida; Texas; Georgia The SBA Business Development Officer isresponsible for generating new loan opportunities, with a focus onoutbound sales by prospecting new clients, developing and deepeningexisting relationships and leveraging relationships with centers ofinfluence in the community to grow the banks loan and deposit portfolio.The SBA Business Development Officer will be expected to use theircredit expertise to evaluate loan opportunities with sound creditjudgement, building and maintaining a portfolio of high-quality,profitable relationships consistent with the Bank's strategic andfinancial objectives. The SBA Business Development Officer will bringdeals through the approval and closing process working with theappropriate internal teams (loan operations, credit and underwriting,portfolio management, etc.).
