Overview Note: By applying to this position,your application is automatically submitted to our Summer InternshipProgram openings in over 150 locations throughout the U.S TRC is seekinghighly motivated and diverse Civil/Geotechnical Engineering Interns outof our Madison, WI office for our Summer 2026 intern program. This is apaid full-time position. Anticipated duration will be from June throughAugust 2025 (flexible). This position has the potential to transitioninto a Full-Time role upon graduation. The successful candidate willwork under the supervision of Project Managers and Team Leaders andpartner with engineers, scientists, and technologists. ResponsibilitiesPerform engineering calculations to support designs includinggeotechnical, stormwater, and general civil aspects. Perform fieldinvestigations and construction oversight for environmental compliance,geotechnical, and land development projects. Support design ofstormwater management systems, layout renewable energy systems, andsolid waste management systems. Perform various project tasks includingevaluating regulatory requirements, developing quantity take-offs, costestimates, research, subcontractor procurement support, etc. Applyquality assurance and quality control processes for deliverables.Support the preparation of reports, plans and specifications for clientand governmental approvals and construction Perform data entry, datamanagement, data evaluation, and data presentation Perform other relatedduties and responsibilities as necessary Qualifications Must be at least21 years old with a valid driver's license Pursuing Bachelor orAssociate Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering,Geological Engineering, or related field Minimum GPA of 3.0 Interestin...
