Your Impact We're actively seeking anindividual to: - Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, andsystem failures using established procedures. - Service and repairdesignated equipment to Canon standards and specifications. - Maintainworking knowledge and aptitude of multiple product groups. This includesbasic aspects of troubleshooting and diagnostics. - Meet and exceedcustomer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurateField/Shop/on-site maintenance. - Properly maintain all technicalinformation, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon propertyassigned. - Maintain all technical information and Canon propertyassigned and provide direction to less experienced technicians. -Provide the solutions of escalated technical and/or customerservice-related problem areas for any territory requested. About You:The Skills & Expertise You Bring Please note: this is a customer-facingrole, and requires compliance with customer policies and protocols,which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating toCOVID-19. We're looking for a dedicated individual with: - HS Diploma,GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of relatedexperience. - A basic understanding of internet environments and theability to complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF(Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class. - The abilityto travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordnecessary). - The capability to work in a 24/7 environment, whileperforming shift work and on-call rotations. - Required to take allnecessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required bycustomers to enter the customers' premises. - Must be able to lift 50pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking,standing, stooping/kneeling). In accordance with applicable law, we areproviding the anticipated hourly rate for this role: $21.50 to 30.75hourly. This role is eligible for a transportation allowance.
