NDT Penetrant Inspector Level II (2nd Shift)

Element has an opportunity for a certified NDT - Fluorescent Penetrat Inspector Level II (2nd shift) to perform Liquid Penetrant Testing using specific techniques on aerospace products. Uses knowledge of products, manufacturing processes, equipment set-up, and NDT methods to process parts for inspection following specific operating procedures. Interprets and evaluates test resultsSalary: $22- $28/hr DOESet-up, operate, calibrate, and perform process control checks on NDT (Liquid Penetrant Test) equipment by following established instructions and record resultsReview procedures, specifications, drawings and other instructions for completeness with procedures and technical instructions to evaluate for welding, machining, etc.Interpret, evaluate, and report evaluation results as requiredHigh School Diploma or GEDCurrent NAS-410 or equivalent certification required.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, data and details furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formMust meet DOT background check and medical requirements including drug screeningElement is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
