Licensed Practical NurseSeven Hills Community Services, an Affiliate of Seven Hills FoundationThis is a direct service position providing individual medical support and education to individuals in assigned programs. To advocate for all medical needs of assigned program participants focusing on optimal health for all individuals. Your role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) involves providing basic medical care across a broad spectrum of needs, while maintaining quality, service excellence and professional standards.
