RN Case Manager (Exempt)

Minimum Qualifications:Associate Degree in NursingWorking knowledge of acute care, rehabilitation, or home careLicensure/Certification/Registration:One of the following:Current Alabama RN licenseCurrent Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama**Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of AlabamaFor specific areas CRRN (Certified Rehabilitation RN) is required (or eligibility)Desired Qualifications:BSN preferred; Master's degree in a clinical specialty desirableSome background in management, clinical education or case managementNational certification applicable to area of clinical practiceUtilizes a multi-disciplinary plan of care to manage a defined population of patients/clients providing coordination of patient care which meets IHS's standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes.
