FLSA Status: ExemptReports To:GM, Aftermarket ServicesWork Schedule:Core Business Hours, Monday-Friday Additional Hours as RequiredWork Location: Daifuku OfficePOSITION SUMMARY The Aftermarket Parts Clerk reports to the GM of Aftermarket Services. This role is the liaison to our customers on all Webb product lines upon installation. This position involves daily interface with project managers, engineers, field service technicians, accounting, purchasing and with customers. The primary goal for this position is to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment and carrying out related duties and tasks, for the purpose of contributing to the success of the team, department, and Company.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manage customer requests for parts and new spare parts orders on a daily basis ensuring full detailed intake of concerns and expeditious solutions are implemented.Provide formal quotes in CRM (Salesforce) to customers on spare partsMonitor CRM to close out opportunities if the customer does not proceed with a PO.Requests and approves purchase orders or material needs.Leads and works with co-workers daily to ensure timely service.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Meets with multidisciplinary teams to discuss merchandise deliveries, requirements, and schedulingBASIC QUALIFICATIONSCustomer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAssociate’s degree in business or equivalent work experience in customer service or related field.
