Client Support Specialist - Treasury Management

Works closely with teammates and manager to achieve department goals and objectives.Performs a variety of work assignments, including new account activity, mobile deposits, outbound wire calls, account maintenance and lockbox), in accordance with departmental policy andProvides the highest quality of customer service through written and verbal communication to internal Stifel associates that require assistance from our team.Follows department security policies to protect client information at all times.Utilizes a variety of resources, systems and processes to ensure the highest level of customer service.Responsible for special projects as needed.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior service for internal and external clientsKnowledge of current banking terminology, regulations and regulatory requirements.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to use good professional judgment to make decisions and solve problems.Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.Ability to work successfully in a team environment.Minimum Required: High School Diploma or EquivalentMinimum Required: 1+ years' of client service experienceBanking Operations and/or Retail Banking background preferredLevel of role is flexible based on experienceMinimum Required: NoneProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookStifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
