Products and services are sold through the company’s franchisee, company-direct, distributor and internet channels. From our headquarters in Libertyville, IL Snap-on Credit provides financing to technicians, students of automotive technical institutions, and shop owners for the purchase of Snap-on hand tools, power tools, tool storage, and diagnostic products through our Extended Credit program. Summary: Primary responsibility is to provide customer service and support to field sales personnel.Major Responsibilities:Receive and resolve complex transactional information from field sales personnelReview, process and troubleshoot customer credit applications and contractsSupport field sales personnel in a professional and efficient manner enabling seamless financing transactionExercise due diligence with proper documentation and audits on customer applications and purchased contractsRequirements:Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload with multiple tasksEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to build effective relationships and be a team playerMeet or exceed targeted call quality assurance and other performance requirements Related finance industry experience preferredCollege coursework completed or in progress preferredKey Characteristics:Positive and professional demeanorAnalytical / Problem solverDetail orientedSelf-motivatedFlexibleHours: 40 hours a week with rotating schedules covering the following hours: Monday: 9:30am-6:00pm or 10:30am-7:00pmTuesday: 9:30am-6:00pm, 10:30am-7:00pm or 12:30pm-9:00pmWednesday: 9:30am-6:00pm, 10:30am-7:00pm or 12:30pm-9:00pmThursday: 9:30am-6:00pm, 10:30am-7:00pm or 12:30pm-9:00pmFriday: 9:30am-6:00pm or 10:30am-7:00pmSaturday: 9:00am-1:00pm (roughly two per quarter-when worked, option of overtime or half day off)Training for the first few months may begin as early as 8:00am.
