If you’re looking for a place to call home, we want to hear from you!People:Collaborate with Service management regarding the hiring process and ensure the teams have proper staffing to meet customer needsAccountable for ensuring team members receive the proper training to perform their roles effectively through established training programsCollaborate with team peers to discuss successes, challenges, and/or opportunitiesContinuously work to identify growth potential for employees and future leadersResponsible for ensuring direct report working schedules are approved and have coverage on employee days offReview work orders to ensure accurate information from the service advisors and proper pictures and descriptions are provided by the techniciansCommunication:Act as one of the primary contacts to the Service Manager and cascade necessary information to the service teamConducts daily quality and efficiency morning meetings with external teams (strives for quick and effective communication during these meetings)Collaborate with Service Manager on establishing and achieving monthly service sales goalsPlanning & Executing:Responsible for creating a daily game plan for the external silo and the teams within it to ensure the daily workload is metActively set and track weekly and monthly goals for all technicians within the external siloExecute the Keep You Camping™ program by ensuring all team members are fully compliant with the programCustomer Experience:Assist with escalated customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained during the resolution processResponsible for setting a customer-centric culture and holding team members to those standardsOversee the display and aesthetics of the external silo to meet the standards of customers’ expectationsQuality control unit after the technician has completed the repairsPrior experience within the RV, Automotive industry, or Powersports industry as a technician or dispatcher is required.Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office setting. Proficient with Microsoft Excel.Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Reliable and strong work ethic.
