Responsible for daily operations of the trauma program and the achievement of standards related to quality care, patient satisfaction, and fiscally responsible care delivery.In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:Minimum Experience Requirements:Five years of trauma program experienceTwo years of previous leadership experience, preferredExperience with trauma registry and coding, preferredEducation required:BSN requiredMaster's degree preferredLicense/Certifications requirement:Active and unencumbered KS RN license or Compact RN licenseBLS certification from the American Heart AssociationTNCC required upon hire or within 24 months of hire/transferMember to a related professional organization preferred (society of trauma nurses, emergency nurses association, Americanassociation of critical care nurses, trauma center association of America, air and surface transport nurses association).Physical Requirement:Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to10lbs force occasionally)St. Catherine Hospital, located in Garden City, Kansas, was founded by two pioneering physicians and the Dominican Sisters.
